Stock Call Off from Jordan's Website

Introduction:

Following the recent introduction of the secure stock look up system to our website, we have further enhanced the service with a call off facility for the stock listed on the system. The system allows you to easily order stock for delivery either to you or to a third party.

Please find detailed below a step by step guide to the service.


Logging in:

  • Please ensure that you have registered on the Jordan and Co website so that you are able to use the Stock Look Up System. Our website address is www.jordanandco.co.uk.
  • To register, simply click on the Register Option and follow the setup wizard. Once your account has been approved you will be contacted by your Client Manager with a Customer Enable Code. This will then be added to your profile.

  • Once this number has been included, you will then be able to review and book out your stock.
  • To get back to the options screen you will need to click on the Tasks option at the top of the page.

  • From here you will be able to view your stock held by Jordans and also place orders for such stock to be delivered to either you or a third party.

Viewing Stock:
  • To view the stock that is held you should click on the Stock Lookup option.

  • From here you will be shown a list of all stock held.

Stock Transactions:
  • From here you will be able to call off stock for delivery of quantities required.

  • Once you have selected create transaction this will take you through the New Transaction Wizard from here you will be able to select stock and arrange for delivery to address/addresses of your choice.

  • You will need to agree to the terms and conditions to be able to continue.
  • Once you have provided agreement you will be directed to the stock selection screen from where you will be given two options:

    • If you know the stock code this can be typed in the box at the top of the page. See diagram below.
    • If you do not know the stock code you will be able to select the item required by clicking on the double arrow.

  • Once you have selected the item you require you can key in the amount of copies required.

  • When you have clicked add, the stock and quantity will appear in a separate column as shown below.

  • You can continue to add stock items by repeating this process.

  • Once all of your stock items have been selected you then click the next button and this will take you to the confirmation selection stage.
  • From here you will be able to select delivery method and advise us of the required delivery address.

  • You will also be able to advise us of any special instructions that may be required.
  • When all the relevant information has been entered you should then click on the confirm button, this will take you to the final screen which will complete your order and email us direct.

  • This final screen will show you how to track the progress of your request.
  • You will then receive an email from our system letting you know that your request has arrived with us and that it will be processed.
