Polythene Wrapping
We have the benefit of five CMC Ritmica polywrapping lines, each wrapping at speeds of up to 12,000 copies per hour including loose inserts and hot spot glue placement. In-line ink jet addressing can be accomplished both pre-wrap onto the mailing piece or carrier sheet and post-wrap onto printed polywrap. Our lines are adapted to suit the new breeds of bio-degradable and compostable film.
Following Royal Mail's introduction of Pricing in Proportion (PIP) our tabloid folding service has proved to be a money saving service for many publishers. If you publish and mail a tabloid (A3) newspaper, we have the machinery to fold them in half to A4, polywrap and consequently reduce your postage costs. Depending on thickness, we can even fold your A4 publications to A5.
Envelope Enclosing
Our mechanised operation can easily cope with inserting up to six pieces in all standard sized machinable, gummed envelopes. Our equipment is capable of inserting catalogues, magazines and leaflets at speeds of up to 8000 per hour. The in-line process of inserting, ink jet addressing and mechanically bundling for Mailsort keeps costs and production time to a minimum.
Envelope Supply
We have the benefit of holding large quantities of both window and non-window DL, C5 and C4 plain white envelopes in stock. Using our ink jet facilities we can print logos, promotional graphics/text, return addresses and PPI's. This can prove very economical for both short and long runs. Ink/Waxjet Printing
We are pleased to offer Ink jet /wax jet addressing both off-line and in-line onto porous and glossy non-porous surfaces. We also have the facility to print graphics, bar codes and PPI's onto envelopes, postcards, letterheads, catalogues and magazines. If you simply need low cost sequential numberingon your printed pieces this is an ideal solution.
Tab Sealing Self-Mailers
If you are looking for something a little different from envelopes, or simply want to keep the weight of your mailing piece down or lose the expense of a separate outer wrap, then look at tab sealing. We can tab seal self-mailers using one or two clear, perforated self-adhesive labels and ink jet address all in one operation. This is also an option for low pagination magazines without loose inserts.
Hand Enclosing
For those tasks that cannot be undertaken by machine we have a long established, dedicated team who will professionally hand enclose your mailing pieces. If you need for example :a cover wraparound, tip-on, self-adhesive labelling or carton fulfillment, then you can leave your items with us in the knowledge that they will be processed to the highest standard.
